Owner/Inspector Sam Wilson has a background that includes extensive work in commercial management and project planning, construction site supervision, risk assessment and risk management implementation, facility maintenance, and project oversight. Sam is not only passionate about helping clients gain a clear understanding of a property’s condition, he treats every inspection as if it were his own investment. After consulting with you regarding your specific needs, and then, dependent upon those needs, by following either the ASTM E2018-24 Baseline for Property Condition Assessments or the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP), as well as adhering to a strict code of ethics, we ensure a thorough, independent, third-party inspection that you can trust.
